It is now easier than ever to download eBooks from Realtime Nexus:

1) On the publication page of the eBook that you would like to download, simply enter in your email address where it says Enter your email address to download this publications.

2) You will be prompted for a password. If you are new to the site, or if you have forgotten your password, then choose the option to have Realtime Nexus email you a new password.

3) Submit your password. You will be directed to the eBook registration screen.

4) Submit your registration information. If you have already registered at Realtime Nexus, then your previous registration information will appear. Please make sure it stays up-to-date! Upon clicking "SUBMIT", you will be directed to the download page.

5) Click on any of the chapter links to download the eBook PDF

In addition to giving you an easier way of refering back to Nexus to download future eBook chapters, using Del.ici.ous will allow you to share your bookmarks with anyone else who could benefit from these resources. In order to use this, simply click on the "Save to Del.icio.us" link, log in, and add your keywords and notes.

Realtime Nexus offers an easier registration process for users with no requirement to *login* to our server. If you would like to register for a Realtime Publishers publication, you will be asked for your email address and password, then prompted for a few registration questions in order to download the guide. And that's it! Once you have registered for a publication, you can always obtain access to the download pages by submitting your email address and password.

If you are a first-time user, you will be asked to fill out the complete registration form. If you have downloaded publications from us in the past, then please ensure that your registration information is current.

If you would like to change your email address, then you will need to do the following:

1. Go to Your Profile.
2. Type in your old email address and click CONTINUE.
3. Type in your password and click CONTINUE.
4. The first field that you will come to is the Email field. You should see your old email address. Input your desired email address in this field.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE AND CONTINUE.
6. A new password will be sent to the email address that you just submitted.
7. Use this new password for your next login. Be sure to change your password to something that is easily remembered.

Generally, if you don't receive a password, it is because a spam or junk mail filter picked it up. Please search through those folders before contacting us. If you cannot find your password, please sent an email to feedback@realtimepublishers.net

However, if you have checked your spam or junk mail filter and can't find your password, please contact us. Inconsistencies, white spaces, or missing fields in your user account data may hinder our system from sending you a password, so please send us a note so that we can check it for you.

All of our PDF documents are backwards compatible from Adobe Reader 6.0 down to version 3.0. However, there are rare instances when certain installations of Adobe Reader 5.0 will not open certain Realtime Publishers PDF documents. Until we are able to zero in on the specific detail causing this issue, we recommend to users of Adobe Reader 5.0 that they upgrade to Adobe Reader 6.0. The upgrade can be downloaded here.

"Real-time publishing" is the concept of posting a publication as chapters/volumes/articles are written rather than waiting until the publication is completed and printed. There are many benefits to this approach, especially for the IT industry. Information changes so rapidly in the IT world that printed materials are often outdated or need supplements by the time they hit the street. The "real-time" concept allows administrators to receive information as it is written, so that it is relevant to today's environments.

The first time you select a chapter to read or download, you will be prompted to complete a registration form. Once you complete the registration, you will be sent an email with your Realtime Nexus login information. You may need to have cookies enabled to properly complete the registration process and to login and read the publication.

You will be able to read the chapters/volumes/articles as an Acrobat PDF file so that you can read, download and print it.

You will only need to register with Realtime Nexus once. Realtime Nexus will remember this information each time you attempt to download another resource. However, it is important that you keep this information up-to-date.

As with any registration process, there is a chance that certain users, based on connection types, browser versions, and security policies, won't be able to access this publication. In addition, you may opt to receive our monthly newsletter, which announces all new chapter releases. To do so, simply provide your e-mail address on the right side of this page. Each e-mail you receive will always contain a one-click opt-out link.

You can also check for new chapters using our RSS feed to stay on top of all new Realtime chapters and publications.

Simply enter your email address on the publication page of your choice. You will be prompted for a password. Use the option to have a password emailed to you. You will receive a new password with a link back to the publication page registration page. You may enter in all of your registration information there, which will grant you access to the guide.
